About the course leader

Ian has extensive senior management and strategic experience with a number of Blue Chip organizations, including Citigroup and Prudential Assurance. He has also run his own SME. Ian specializes in Corporate Governance, Compliance, Project Management and Finance and is equally comfortable operating at senior Board level or working “hands on” with small business enterprises.

His track record of success has been achieved by developing and implementing clear business strategies that deliver bottom line results improvement.

Ian works across a diverse number of business sectors including, training, manufacturing, oil & gas, engineering and banking and looks to bring “best in class” standards and processes to his clients.

Ian is the Managing Director of a corporate training business that specializes in Project Management, Compliance, Finance and Leadership development programmes. Ian has held a number of directorships in organizations ranging from Blue Chip PLC to small businesses and industry trade associations.

Ian is also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (FilM)
